Prismora Cleaning and Wellness Terms of Service

1. Booking Policy

Appointments can be booked via phone, email, or our online platform.

We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability.

New clients may be required to provide basic information and service preferences before booking is confirmed.

2. Payment Policy

A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service.

We accept cash, debit/credit cards, Zelle, or other approved payment methods.

Deposits are non-refundable, but transferable if rescheduling under the rescheduling policy.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Same-day cancellations will incur a $25 fee.

Rescheduling is free with 24-hour notice.

No-shows may be charged the full price of the service.

4. Service Guarantee & Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with any part of the service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will gladly return to address any concerns.

Refunds are not issued, but corrections will be provided where applicable.

5. Access Policy

Clients are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time.

If we cannot gain entry or are delayed due to access issues, a $25 inconvenience fee may be applied.

6. Health & Safety Policy

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service if we encounter hazardous conditions such as mold, infestations, biohazards, or unsafe environments.

For wellness services, please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or concerns prior to booking.

7. Pet Policy

Please secure pets during our visit to avoid accidents or delays.

Inform us in advance if pets are present so we can use pet-safe products.

8. Damage & Breakage Policy

While we handle your home with the utmost care, accidents may occur. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours.

Our liability is limited to replacement or repair of the affected item, up to the value of the service fee for that appointment.

9. Confidentiality & Privacy

All client information is kept strictly confidential and is used solely for booking and service purposes.

We respect your home, privacy, and personal belongings.
